With extensive experience of over 25 years in investment and merchant banking, Franco started his career in Arthur Andersen. Following he joined IFIL-Fiat Group where he served as assistant to the CEO. From 1992 to 1997 he served in the Finance Dept of Banca di Roma (currently UniCredit) as co-head of Merchant Banking Division. In 1998 he joined Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance and was appointed equity international partner acting as Leader of the Large Clients Group and M&A origination, managing a team of 25 professionals based in Rome and Milan offices. In 2003 he founded EnVent S.p.A. an independent Corporate Finance – M&A firm acting as Managing Partner. On 15 August 2014 he founded in London EnVent Capital Markets Limited, a UK and Italian independent investment banking firm and corporate broker passported in EEA dedicated to European SMEs.
